Service Description

Lengthy and detailed review of dietary background, current way of eating and future dietary goals. Review of medical history, blood work, fitness and wellness goals. At the end of the consult you will be given a written assessment and plan. As an add on service, you can join a 6 week plan for accountability or the 1:1 12 Week Metabolic Reset program.
