Service Description

This program is for you if you have any marker of metabolic issues - hypertension, pre or diabetes, high cholesterol, fatty liver, PCOS, abdominal obesity, weight loss resistance. If your lifestyle does not allow you to be consistent with dietary restrictions, this is the program for you! This challenge is to help you break your body's glucose dependance, and to train it to become a more efficient fat burner. We will use the Feel Great System to help us fast and control glucose without the restrictions from my traditional 12 Week Metabolic Reset Program. The system are two food products used daily that you buy directly from the company. 1) An herbal tea made of Yerba Mate extract, taken in the morning in place of breakfast. 2) a plant based, fiber rich food product to assist in controlling our appetite, manage our glucose and insulin spikes from our meals and lower our cholesterol among other benefits. Taken before lunch and dinner. I will be your personal coach for education and accountability during the entire 90 days. Weekly educational topics and Q & A. No restrictions necessary!
